We invite employees who are disabled or protected veterans and who wish to be included under our Affirmative Action Program to self-identify as such with the EEO Coordinator. This self-identification is strictly voluntary and confidential and will not result in retaliation of any sort.

Employees and applicants of MSA, LLC will not be subject to harassment on the basis of disability or status as a qualified protected veteran. Additionally, retaliation, including intimidation, threats, or coercion, because an employee or applicant has objected to discrimination, engaged or may engage in filing a complaint, assisted in a review, investigation, or hearing or have otherwise sought to obtain their legal rights under any Federal, State, or local EEO law regarding qualified individuals with disabilities or qualified protected veterans is prohibited.

As President and General Manager of MSA, LLC, I am committed to the principles of affirmative action and EEO. The EEO Coordinator for MSA, LLC will ensure dissemination and implementation of EEO and affirmative action throughout all levels of the Company. One of the EEO Coordinator’s duties is to establish and maintain an internal audit and reporting system to allow for effective measurement of the Company’s programs.

In furtherance of MSA, LLC’s policy regarding affirmative action and EEO, MSA, LLC has developed a written Affirmative Action Program which sets forth the policies, practices and procedures that the Company is committed to applying in order to ensure that its policy of non-discrimination and affirmative action for qualified individuals with disabilities and qualified protected veterans is accomplished. This Affirmative Action Program for qualified individuals with disabilities and qualified protected veterans is available for inspection by any employee or applicant for employment upon request, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday at MSA, LLC’s EEO office located at 1981 Snyder Street, Room 145, Richland, Washington 99352.
