Job Duties/Scope Of Work
The individual shall support the HAMMER Operations manager and staff with coordination of operations and maintenance activities. The individual will be required to interface with bargaining unit personnel, engineers, subject matter experts, administrative staff, and management to accomplish assigned tasks. A key role provided by the candidate is the coordination and prioritization of maintenance activities with the work management subcontractor. Position will also serve as field work supervisor for assigned crafts.

This position is expected to perform specific tasks including, but not limited to:
- Develop and/or revise maintenance procedures and reports.
- Review existing processes to make improvement recommendations.
- Assist in implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Develop metrics to evaluate maintenance performance.
- Collaborate with other HAMMER groups to plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Perform analysis of processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Facilitate and participate in safety and organizational activities.
- Other facility support requested by HAMMER management.

Successful candidate will be required to complete and maintain qualification as a Field Work Supervisor within six months.

Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS plus 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated competency to communicate technical topics and terms effectively to the end-user, through procedures, technical papers, reports, and metrics.
- Ability to transform complex, technical topics and metrics into effective presentations and reports that are understood by staff with varied skills and experience.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a maintenance organization, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Experience leading a diverse group in a team environment.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
