Job Responsibilities/Duties
Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) seeks a Maintenance Assurance Manager to provide field implementation of DOE O 226.1B and associated requirements for the Maintenance organization. Specific field support functions within this role assist Maintenance managers and staff.

The successful candidate will provide leadership/support in the area of corrective actions/issues management, casual analysis, assessments, MOPs, and trending/performance monitoring to set the standard for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality of deliverables as it applies to the Maintenance Organization.

This position would be responsible for:

- Leadership of assigned staff;
- Management of assigned corrective actions (ICAS/DevonWay), including daily screening/trending;
- Support event investigations, develop causal analysis, and closure of associated commitments;
- Serving as team lead for departmental assessments;
- Develop/track departmental performance indicators;
- Lead Maintenance Human Performance Improvement initiatives;
- Develop/modify/review procedures and desk instructions for assigned work processes; and
- Participate in LEAN process improvement initiatives.

Key interfaces include: Production Operations, Retrieval and Closure, Projects, ESH&Q programs, Engineering, central CAS, and DOE customers on issues regarding field implementation of Maintenance assurance systems.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline; and
* Ten (10) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.

Desired Qualifications
Detailed technical, Conduct of Maintenance, and operations knowledge is highly desirable;
Field implementation experience with assurance systems under DOE Order 226.1B:
Demonstrated Devonway software experience for corrective action management, tracking, and closure;
Leadership experience with assessments and performance indicators;
Previous apparent cause analysis development experience with qualification;
Previous Buyer Technical Representative experience with qualification;
Previous training/procedures/mentoring experience
Craft support work control/processes/interface experience is desired.

This position favors a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interface effectively at any professional level. An advanced software user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, Visio, DevonWay, DOORs, and Asset Suites is desired.
